22.12.1997  Date of industrial group "Arkat" establishment.
1999  Setting up repair workshops. 
2000  "Arkat" became an authorized dealer of ZAO "Nara",  OAO "Prompribor", OOO "Topaz-electro", OAO "Mopaz".
2001
Launching Novosibirsk branch.
Road signs and  signboards production was launched. 
2002  Opening of the first exhibition hall.
2003 Began providing service maintenance of fuel filling stations.
2004  Launching Barnaul branch.
2005  Launching Novokuznetsk branch.
2006  Launch of "Key-ready fuel filling station" project.
2007 Start of IG "Arkat" industrial base construction.

Conclusion of first contracts with foreign partners.
